10 Recipes for the Perfect Easter Brunch

Still looking for some inspiration for your Easter brunch? Below you’ll find a list of recipes I think will be perfect to make for Easter.

Personally, I love myself a good brunch that’s got me spoiled for choice! Since I can imagine it might be hard to come up with different brunch dishes from scratch, I’ve made a list with my recipes that should be perfect for brunch. They vary from very quick and easy, to some that take more effort, but there should be something in here for everyone!

This Bake Brioche French Toast recipe is an absolute showstopper! It’s pretty easy to prepare, looks great, and most importantly, it is delicious! Out of all the recipes on this list, this is my boyfriend’s absolute favorite.

Still want to have a nice Easter brunch, but still want to get some veggies and proteine in? These Breakfast Burritos with Bacon, Turkey & Spinach might just be the thing for you!

If you got some extra time on your hands, I can definitely recommend this Leek, Manchego & Chorizo Tart recipe with a homemade crust. It might take some time and effort, but you’ll be left with absolute comfort food.

This recipe is my personal favorite on this list. It’s easy, savory, and full of flavor! If you love truffle, mushrooms, cheese & scrambled eggs, definitely give this recipe a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The homemade egg salad is the star of this recipe, and you can absolutely make it by itself if you want to. It’s creamy, and you can whip it up in no time, pair it however you like!

This is one of the first recipes I uploaded here, but it’s still really good! If you’re looking for an easy dish that can feed a group of people, and that’s easy to make ahead of time, give this Croissant Bake with Brie & Prosciutto a try!

If you’re feeling somewhat adventurous, give these Ciabattina Sandwiches with Scrambled Eggs, Blueberry Jam & Crispy Bacon a try! This recipe is inspired by the blueberry jam & egg-salad sandwiches which were a big hype in South Korea, but with my own – Westernized – spin on them. The result is a nice and filling breakfast or brunch recipe that could also work wonders for potential hangovers. 😉

This French Toast with Strawberries & Mascarpone Recipe is sweet, creamy & decadent. It’s ready to serve in no time, and looks amazing with the fresh & vibrant strawberries.

You can never go wrong with a classic quiche if you ask me. This quiche recipe is filled with bacon, goat cheese, and walnuts, but you could also easily substitute the bacon with mushrooms for a vegetarian option. And like most oven recipes, this one is also great to make ahead of time, so that you can actually spend more time with loved ones!

And last, but certainly not least: my recipe for Baked Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with grated cheese, mozzarella, creme fraiche, shallots & apricot jam. Because you grill them in the oven, it’s an easy way to serve multiple grilled cheese sandwiches at the same time. Also, this combination of flavors is definitely worth giving a try if you never had it before. The tangy apricot jam counters some of the fat in the cheese, and the creme fraiche makes it nice and creamy.
