Ingredients

- 75 g sliced brie (around half a cup)
- 3 slices deli turkey
- 1 tbsp cranberry spread
- unsalted butter
This Brie, Turkey & Cranberry Grilled Cheese Sandwich is the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and cheesy goodness. This simple twist on a classic comfort food turns the trusted old grilled cheese sandwich into a holiday-themed meal. And you can easily switch out the deli turkey for some leftover Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey so that nothing goes to waste!
Instructions
- If you're using a sandwich grill, start by heating it up so it's ready when needed.
- Butter the outsides of the slices of bread to ensure a nice and crispy toast later on. Then, spread the cranberry on the inside of the bottom slice of bread, put the sliced turkey on, and finish off with the slices of brie cheese.
- Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up, then lightly push the sandwich down to press the ingredients together.
- Grill the sandwich in either a frying pan (with a lid on so the cheese will melt) or between a sandwich press until the cheese is melted and the bread is nicely toasted. Your grilled cheese is now ready to be enjoyed!
