  • 1 stokbrood, afbak, ongeveer 250g<\/li>
  • 250g Franse kaas naar keuze<\/li>
  • 200g diepvries bramen<\/li>
  • 40g walnoten<\/li>
  • 4 tl verse tijm<\/div><\/li>
  • 4 tl suiker\u00a0<\/div><\/li>
  • 2 el olijfolie<\/li>
  • gemalen peper<\/li>
  • gemalen zout<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Je kunt de kaas kiezen die je zelf het lekkerst vindt, maar persoonlijk vind ik dat een stinkende kaas met een sterke smaak goed werkt in combinatie met de bramen en walnoten.
    Zelf koos ik ervoor om bevroren bramen te gebruiken voor dit recept, omdat deze op dit moment niet in het seizoen waren. Maar mochten ze wel goed verkrijgbaar zijn wanneer je dit recept wilt maken, dan kun je natuurlijk ook gewoon verse bramen gebruiken!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Hoe Maak je Crostini met Bramen, Franse kaas en Geroosterde Walnoten<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    1. Probeer de bramen van tevoren alvast een beetje te laten ontdooien of plaats ze in een voor een paar minuten in een vergiet onder stromend koud tot lauwwarm water.<\/li>
    2. Verwarm de oven voor volgens de instructies van je stokbrood (meestal rond de 220\u00b0C).<\/li>
    3. Verwarm de bramen in een kleine sauspan op een laag tot middelhoog vuur. Pluk de tijmblaadjes van de stengel en voeg ze samen met de suiker toe aan de bramen in de pan. Laat alles sudderen totdat de suiker volledig is opgelost, roer af en toe door.<\/li>
    4. Laat de gekookte bramen even afkoelen en pureer dan alles met de staafmixer tot een glad smeersel.<\/li>
    5. Bak het stokbrood in de oven volgens de instructies op de verpakking.<\/li>
    6. Hak in de tussentijd de walnoten grof en rooster ze in een pan met olijfolie, zout en peper. Zet ze daarna nog eventjes op zij wanneer ze klaar zijn.<\/li>
    7. Snijd de kaas in dikke plakken, enigszins rekening houdend met het formaat van het brood.<\/li>
    8. Haal het stokbrood uit de oven wanneer het klaar is en snijd het in plakjes zodra het koel genoeg is om vast te pakken.<\/li>
    9. Smeer een laag bramenspread op elk stuk brood, leg dan de kaas erbovenop. Maak de crostini af door de geroosterde gehakte walnoten erbovenop te plaatsen. <\/li>
    10. Ze zijn klaar om te serveren. Pak een glas wijn erbij en geniet ervan!<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
