Deze pumpkin spice broodjes met mascarpone zien er geweldig uit, maar je hebt maar een paar ingredi\u00ebnten voor nodig en ze zijn super simpel om te maken. Zelfs zonder enige bakervaring gaat dit je lukken! <br>\nPumpkin Spice is in Nederland vooral bekend door Starbucks, maar in Amerika hoort het echt bij dat ultieme herfstgevoel. Druk voorzichtig de eventuele diagonale inkepingen in het deeg dicht met je vingers.<\/li><li>Doe de mascarpone, pumpkin spice kruiden en bruine suiker in een kom. Mix alles door elkaar totdat je een glad mengsel hebt.<\/li><li>Snijd het deeg op de overgebleven horizontale inkepingen zodat je drie grote, rechthoekige stukken deeg maakt.<\/li><li>Smeer het pumpkin spice mengsel gelijkmatig uit over de stukken croissantdeeg met een mes, of de achterkant van een lepel.<\/li><li>Rol het croissantdeeg op vanaf de lange zijde. Snijd het deeg vervolgens doormidden in de lengte, op een klein stukje aan het einde na zodat het deeg makkelijker bij elkaar blijft.<\/li><li>Nu heb je twee stroken deeg aan ieder stuk. \"Vlecht\" de stroken deeg om en om over elkaar heen en probeer de binnenkant met de pumpkin spice zoveel mogelijk bovenop te houden. Zie eventueel de foto hierboven ter referentie.<\/li><li>Vorm de broodjes door \u00e9\u00e9n van de uiteindes van het deeg in het midden te leggen, en de rest van het deeg hier in cirkels plat omheen te draperen. Vouw het andere uiteinde van het deeg weg onder het broodjes zodat hij mooi rond blijft.<\/li><li>Klop een ei op en bestrijk de bovenkant van de broodjes vervolgens met het eiermengsel.<\/li><li>Strooi nog wat extra bruine suiker over de broodjes heen en verplaats ze vervolgens naar een bakplaat met bakpapier.<\/li><li>Bak de pumpkin spice broodjes voor 15-20 minuten in de oven.
