Frituur de kappertjes in de olie totdat ze krokant zijn en schep ze daarna over naar een schaaltje. <\/li><li>Pers de knoflook of snijd deze fijn en voeg deze toe aan de pan met de overgebleven olijfolie en bak het voor ongeveer een minuutje. <\/li><li>Voeg de gepelde tomaten toe aan de pan en breek de tomaten in kleinere stukjes met een spatel. Laat de saus eventjes pruttelen.\u00a0<\/li><li>Wanneer het water eenmaal aan de kook is voeg je een ruime hoeveelheid zout en de pasta toe. Kook de pasta volgens de instructies op de verpakking. <\/li><li>Voeg de chilivlokken en de ricotta toe aan de saus en roer goed door.<\/li><li>Pak de basilicum blaadjes, leg ze op elkaar en rol ze op. Snijd het rolletje basilicum in dunne reepjes en snijd het daarna fijn. Voeg de basilicum toe aan de saus en roer goed door. Proef de saus en breng het op smaak met peper &amp; zout naar eigen smaak.<\/li><li>Rasp de Parmezaanse kaas en zet het apart voor later.<\/li><li>Giet de pasta af en voeg het toe aan de saus. Roer het door totdat de saus de penne goed bedekt. <\/li><li>Schep de pasta in borden of kommen en strooi er wat Parmezaanse kaas en gefrituurde kappertjes overheen. Maak het geheel af met een scheutje olijfolie.
