Nadat ik rode vijgenjam tegen kwam in de winkel moest ik het wel uitproberen. En gezien ik graag zoet &amp; hartig combineer kwam ik zo op het idee voor deze pompoen &amp; halloumi toast om de vijgenjam mee te proberen. <br \/>Uiteraard moest hier ook nog wat krokant gebakken salie bij. Niet alleen voor de textuur, maar ook omdat ik overal waar ik kan nog even wat salie toevoeg. Als je geroosterde pompoen lekker vindt, zou je bijvoorbeeld mijn <a href=\"https:\/\/justgimmefries.com\/nl\/vegetarian-roasted-squash-couscous\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vegetarische Geroosterde Pompoen &amp; Couscous recept<\/span><\/a> kunnen uitproberen. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6cf595df elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6cf595df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Hoe maak ik Pompoen &amp; Halloumi Toast met Vijgenjam klaar?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f1107ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f1107ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Verwarm de oven voor op 200\u00b0C.<\/li><li>We laten de schil op de pompoen, dus het is handig om hem eerst goed schoon te wassen.\u00a0<\/li><li>Snijd de pompoen in de lengte doormidden en snijd hier vervolgens 4 plakjes (van ongeveer 2 cm dik) van af.<\/li><li>Gooi de plakken pompoen in een ovenschaal en sprenkel hier wat olijfolie, peper en zout overheen. Bak ze in de oven voor ongeveer 20 minuten zodra de oven op temperatuur is. Keer ze plakjes halverwege het bakken nog een keertje om.<\/li><li>Terwijl de pompoen in de oven aan het bakken is kunnen we de Halloumi snijden. Haal de Halloumi uit de verpakking en dep hem droog met keukenpapier, snijd er vervolgens 4 plakjes vanaf.<\/li><li>Zet je koekenpan op het vuur en smelt hier wat roomboter in. Zodra de boter gesmolten is voeg je de blaadjes salie toe en bak je deze totdat de bladeren krokant zijn. Keer ze zo nu en dan om tijdens het bakken. Je ziet aan de salie dat hij krokant begint te worden zodra het donkerder wordt.<\/li><li>Haal de salie uit de pan en leg het opzij voor later. Leg vervolgens het brood in de salieboter in de pan en bak het krokant aan \u00e9\u00e9n kant. Leg het op een bord wanneer het klaar is.<\/li><li>Indien nodig, veeg de pan een beetje schoon met wat keukenpapier en voeg vervolgens wat olijfolie toe. Bak vervolgens de plakken Halloumi totdat ze mooi krokant en bruin zijn aan beide kanten. Draai het vuur uit zodra ze klaar zijn en laat ze nog even in de pan zitten.<\/li><li>Haal de pompoen uit de oven wanneer hij klaar en zet het eventjes opzij.<\/li><li>Smeer de rode vijgenjam op de geroosterde zijde van het brood en smeer het goed uit. Leg hier vervolgens de plakken geroosterde pompoen op en daarna de plakjes Halloumi.
