Zo heb je met dit recept bijna geen omkijken naar de geroosterde wortels tijdens het bakken, smaken ze heerlijk &amp; zijn ze ook nog eens volledig vegan. Gooi een extra 10 minuten tijd in de oven er bovenop en controleer of ze gaar zijn door de bovenkant van de wortel te prikken met een vork. De vork zou er zonder al te veel weerstand in moeten gaan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e3e93ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3e3e93ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Hoe rooster ik Wortels met Ahornsiroop<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53bf0678 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"53bf0678\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li class=\"translation-block\">Verwarm de oven voor op 220\u00b0C (zonder de bakplaat).<\/li><li>Indien gewenst, verwijder de het loof van de wortels volledig, of knip alleen het bovenste deel eraf zodat je nog een stukje steel overhoudt.<\/li><li>Was je wortels goed. Schil ze vervolgens of schrob ze goed met een groenteborstel of een nieuwe spons.<\/li><li>Leg je bakmat of het bakpapier op de bakplaat en vet hem in met wat olijfolie.<\/li><li>Leg de wortels op de plaat en zorg ervoor dat de olijfolie goed over de wortels is verdeeld. Breng ze vervolgens op smaak met cayenne peper, gemalen peper &amp; gemalen zout. De ahornsiroop voegen we later toe zodat deze tijdens het roosteren niet aanbrandt.<\/li><li>Rooster je wortels voor 20 minuten en giet de ahornsiroop 5 minuten voordat ze klaar zijn eroverheen om ze dat kleine zoete laagje te geven.<\/li><li>Haal ze uit de oven en leg ze vervolgens op een bord. Breng ze nog even extra op smaak met nog wat ahornsiroop &amp; wat grof zout.<\/li><li>Eet smakelijk!<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Groentegerechten lijken bijna nooit de focus te zijn tijdens het kerstdiner, maar dat betekend nog niet dat het ook terecht is!
